Lee Started singing just 7 short years ago! I made my first appearance at an open mic night singing (believe it or not) True by Spandau Ballet! The song went down so well that he started attending more and more to build up confidence and ability. 4 years ago he started taking singing lessons and to this day he still trains vocally for 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week, also recently started training with Fame Academy's Carrie & David Grant. In June 2004 lee got together with 3 guys and formed the band 'Anthem' playing a mixture of stuff including The Darkness, Radiohead, Status Quo, The Cult & The Beatles etc. After going to see Tony Hadley in concert his wife said "Why don't you form a Spandau Ballet tribute band?" He advertised for musicians and by May 2005 'Highly Strung' was born.
